Report a Bug
Found something wrong? Thank you — beta feedback is exactly how the app gets better. During the beta, bug reports are handled by email.
Start a bug report email — this opens a message to support@precisionarrowbuilder.com with a checklist already filled in for you. Just answer the questions and send it. If the link does not open your email program, email that address directly and include the details below.
- Your data may have been lost or changed
- The application will not start
- Activation or licensing failed
- Installation failed
- A security or privacy concern
What to include
- Your name and the email address tied to your beta access
- The beta version you are running, and your Windows version
- The problem category (see the list below)
- What you were trying to do
- What happened, and what you expected instead
- Whether it happens every time or only sometimes
- Whether any of your data may have been lost or changed
- Whether we may follow up with you
- A screenshot, if it helps

Diagnostics
In the application, choose Help → Export Diagnostics Bundle… to create a diagnostics ZIP file on your computer. The application does not send it anywhere automatically — once it is saved, attach the ZIP to your email yourself. You do not need to find log files or run any commands.
The bundle excludes known secrets, but raw logs and crash data can still contain environment-specific details. If you have any privacy concerns, review the ZIP before you share it.

To keep you safe, never include any of these in a report:
- License keys or activation codes
- Passwords
- Payment information
- Private keys or certificates
- Unrelated personal files
