This Privacy Policy describes how Precision Arrow Builder Software, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the precisionarrowbuilder.com website and the Precision Arrow Builder Windows desktop application.

Website

This website is informational. We do not operate user accounts, collect payment information directly, or run analytics tracking on this site.

This website does not host live forms. Support requests are handled by email, so we receive only the information you choose to include in a message you send us.

Desktop application

Precision Arrow Builder is a Windows desktop application currently provided to a limited group of beta testers. Your catalog, inventory, and arrow-set work are stored locally on your own computer. The application connects to our online services, including our license server, only for the specific purposes described below.

Licensing

To activate Precision Arrow Builder and periodically confirm your license is still valid, the application contacts our license server. Activation sends your license key and a machine identifier, which are used only to enforce the license seat limit and to allow license transfers. We do not sell or share this information.

Update checking

The application may contact our service to check whether a newer release is available. That request can include an application identifier, the current application version, the platform, and the release channel. The license server is not the only service the application contacts — update checking is a separate request.

Community catalog

If you choose to, you can download and sync community catalog data into your own component catalog, and you can submit component information and submission notes for possible inclusion in the shared catalog. These are actions you start yourself; they are not background telemetry. Information you submit is used to review and, where appropriate, include components in the community catalog.

Diagnostics

When you ask for help, you can create a diagnostics bundle from Help → Export Diagnostics Bundle…. The bundle is generated locally as a ZIP file and is never uploaded automatically — you decide whether to attach and send it. Configuration summaries in the bundle exclude known secrets through an allowlist, but raw logs or crash data may still contain environment-specific details, so you can review the bundle before sharing it.

What the application does not do

Precision Arrow Builder does not use general usage analytics, does not upload crash reports automatically, and does not provide cloud sync or online user accounts.
